Beyond standard indexes (like 10-Year Treasury or SOFR), we aggregate real quoted rates – categorized by property type and fixed term length – across active deals. This means your assumptions are always grounded in reality.

Why We Built It

The commercial real estate industry is filled with incredible data platforms – but almost all of them focus on the second to the final mile of a deal. There was no true first-mile tool – a front door to begin your CRE research journey.
Most users start by zooming in on Google Maps, trying to understand what’s nearby. Our app replaces that – offering context, clarity, and control right from the start.
